Barbara Joan Wolfe, Esq.

Attorney Barbara Joan Wolfe brings 30 years of trial experience to her Palm Beach County law practice, and is recognized as an accomplished trial lawyer in Florida.

Ms. Wolfe’s practice focuses on matrimonial and family law issues relating to divorce, division of property (equitable distribution), alimony, paternity, child support, co-parenting, timesharing, child custody and all post-judgment matters, including modifications to alimony and child support and contempt and enforcement matters.

After earning her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1985, Barbara launched her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender serving the people of Palm Beach County. During her tenure Barbara handled major felony criminal trials and appeals, and earned the designation of Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialist. Board Certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar and recognizes an attorney’s special knowledge, skills and proficiency, as well as, professionalism and ethics in practice.

Prior to earning her law degree, Barbara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Florida International University, where she was graduated in 1977 with Highest Honors.

Attorney Barbara Joan Wolfe has successfully litigated challenging cases in all Florida courts, including the Florida Supreme Court.

Ms. Wolfe”s background as a special education teacher for emotionally handicapped children, and her many years as a trial attorney, have equipped her with the skills and sensitivity needed to represent clients facing life altering decisions and crises in their lives.
